Collect rents and hold in trust account

Monitor incoming rent on daily basis

Issue 14 day notice when in arrears

Pay rent to owners on 1st banking day of month

Collect bonds from tenants and deposit with Tenancy services

Represent owners at all tenancy hearings

Handle any calls from tenants regarding maintenance issues

Organize tradesmen and ensure they are paid

Supervise cleaning when tenancy ends including carpets

Carry out pre-tenancy inspection with new tenants

Inspect property during Tenancy (3 Monthly) and issue reports

Represent you at Body Corp Meetings if Required

Pay Utilities if required
